A small renovation of a small apartment (650sqft)

The bathroom is 4.5 feet x 4.5 feet; it requires unusual solutions to fit all fixtures to be useful. A new island in the kitchen and a shallow side counter added functionalities to the small kitchen. The raw basement was converted to an art studio with large sliding doors that double as a pin-up wall and large storage space behind it.
